10 Students Feed-back mechanism on Institutional Governance / Faculty Performance The institute takes due care in maintaining and upgrading its academic standards at regular interval to develop the students better. It has provided to solicit regular feedback from its students by designing an online feedback programme where in the students during every semester can input their genuine feedback about the institute’s physical facility The Input based on the feedback is utilized positively for improving Institutional grievance, Infrastructure and Faculty contribution.

11 Grievance redress mechanism for faculty, Staff and Students If Institute receives any grievance on Institutional Governance / Faculty Performance that grievance will be put on in the Committee of Hon. Secretary of Trust, Executive Director of Trust and Director of the Institute, who take the decision. However Hon. Secretary of trust can also put it in Meeting of Governing board of the Trust if it is not solved in Grievance Committee

Blood Donation

NRIBM recently organized a Blood Donation camp in association with Red Cross. 72 students have donated Blood in this camp.

‘I AM RESPONSIBLE’ CAMPAIGN ‘I AM RESPONSIBLE’ Campaign was one of its kind events introduced last year which was successfully managed by all the students of the Institute with a huge support of all the faculty members. Students honored all those Traffic Cops by giving them Ice cream and a Thanks card I return of the selfless contribution and dedication of the cops towards the society. It was a good way to deliver the responsibility toward the society by such event.

Sports Activity

Inter Class Cricket Tournaments

Every year the Institute organizes an inter-class cricket tournament for its students. Last year, the tournament was spread over four days where three teams’ seniors, Marketing team become winner for year 2011-12

Inter Class Chess Tournament The Institute organized an inter-class chess tournament for its students. Chess tournament helped the students to develop their mental abilities and contributed a lot to their brain development. Forty-two students participated enthusiastically in this tournament, which ran for eight days. Mr. Viral Mehta- PGDM emerged the ultimate winner

Literary Activity

Management Quiz

Every week, students at the Institute engage in a battle of intellect as they go through various rounds of management quiz. Around three seasons of quiz are completed every academic year. Participants go through a grueling process of elimination round, quarter finals, semi finals and finals before the final winner emerges. The enthusiasm and intelligence of the participants and the audience has to be seen to be believed. The rigorous practice which students get in-house contributes to their impressive record of winning first or second position at every inter-college management quiz they have participated in so far and the trend is continuing.

Group Discussions

In order to prepare students for their placement process as well as enhance their communication skills, the Institute has initiated group discussions on a weekly basis for all its students. Every Friday, the students of MBA-I and MBA-II are made to participate in group discussions on various current and important topics and are given intensive feedback on their content, presentation, body language, confidence and overall presentation.

Magazine / News Letter

MANEDGE- the wall magazine Beginning September 2008, students at the Institute have conceptualized a unique tool to stay abreast with current happenings - a monthly wall magazine branded as MANEDGE an edge for the new age. Eighteen regular features inform and entertain at the same time. Also, the entire process of collecting information, editing and executing the wall magazine gives invaluable lessons in organizing and team work. Students enthusiastically contribute various articles to the wall magazine and others get a chance to tune in with the latest happenings

Technical Activity / Techfest The Institute has organized XO (expert opinion) series every year to provide pragmatic wisdom to the students. XO 2011-12 focused on Financial Services, Non-Financial Services and marketing Services. The Distinguished speakers who shared their valuable insights.

Alumni Association The alumni association pursues activities to strengthen the bond of the alumni with their alma mater and to be useful to society on the other.
