Healthy mind in a healthy body is quote, which remains true to the date and generations to come. But growing level of stress and anxiety has left neither of ’em in a better state. So we at GLS took a thought and organized a Yoga Camp for our students, where they learn the various techniques of Yoga and Meditation, to stay prepared for the situations which might land them in stress. Yoga exercises are believed to have a strengthening effect on the nervous system through its non-tiring physiological activities that bring about poise of body and mind. The institutes believe that students should indulge themselves in this Indian practice of de-stressing the body, mind and soul. After all, precaution is better than cure.
